Refund policy

Delores Marie SALES ARE FINAL (including SEWING CLASSES) due to these items being very limited. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or credit. If an item is damaged or defected at time of delivery to you, customers must e-mail their concern within 48 hours of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Delores Marie reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof or purchase. If you encounter an issue with your purchase please contact us at boutiquebydeloresmarie@yahoo.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
